Beautiful pressing, but I also experienced the same surface noise on the opening tracks of both sides of the record. All songs published by Whatever Mom Music (ASCAP) except: 'Smoke Signals', 'Motion Sickness' / 'Scott Street' by Whatever Mom Music (ASCAP) / Pizza Money Music (ASCAP).

I gave it a wet-clean before playing, and it sounds pretty great (so do my Punisher and The Record pressings). Throughout her full-length debut, Bridgers contemplates and reflects on personal experiences through her unique lyric writing perspective: there are overt references to lost idols, canonical pop songs and actual incidents, but her stories unfold through specific, evocative imagery sung in her subtle, confessional style. Nearly identical to Stranger In The Alps, but this version does not have track B6 printed on the rear artwork.The highs are very clear and bright, the mid range is exquisite and the low end is perfect , not too muddy or full.

There are some unexplicable bumps and dents which are visible under the right ligt, but they aren't noticable during playback. In the two short years since, Bridgers has toured or played with Conor Oberst, Julien Baker, City and Colour, Violent Femmes, Mitski, Television and Blake Babies among others.
